• The TriAthy race format is being adjusted in 2021 and each race will be organised in waves to abide with strict COVID19 guidance.
• It will not be possible to cater for individual requests to enter particular waves in these circumstances.
• Within each wave, there will be a 5 sec gap between swimmers starting their race.
