Is the run course flat?

 
  • Yes, the run course is predominately flat.

Are there water stations on the run course?

  • Yes, there will be numerous water stations on the run course.
  • Water will be available in cups on the course and in bottles at the finish line.
  • Please try to use the bins provided once you’ve finished your drink!
  • Only drop litter in the designated zones!!
  • The finalised online route maps will highlight the locations of the water stations.

Can my friends and family see me at the finish line?

  • Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are not encouraging spectators at the finish line at this year's event.
  • For this reason, we would ask for this race only, not to bring friends and family to the finish line to avoid mass-gathering and congregations.
